can a tumor pressing on your eye from above cause the effected eye to have a smaller pupil than the other one, and/or excessive mucus production resulting in blurry vision, and/or a stiff feeling when moving the eyes left and right?

the vast majority of people with eye and vision symptoms DO NOT have a tumor.
that being said....
yes, tumors can create anisocoria (different pupil sizes). usualy a tumor creates a LARGER pupil, not a smaller one.
tumors do not cause excessive mucus.
tumors do not cause 'stiff' feeling during eye movement.
