anisocoria

Hello....
a couple of days ago i noticed that my right pupil was bigger than my left one.....its only noticable in the dark because in the light they look the same. I went to the clinic and they doctor checked and he really didnt see anything and couldnt give me any answers which was frustrating...he didnt even know what anisocoria was...anyways...i dont have a droopy eyelid as would be present in Horner's syndrome and i should mention that they both react normally to light and this anisocoria is on and off....for hours a day they will appear normal, but then after that one gets bigger again...i'm really worried...i also get headaches a lot..like everyday even before this happend and the doctors keep telling me the headaches are due to stress.....they gave me PAXIL to take..i took it for 6 days and realized i didnt want to take it anymore because i thought my e yes were like that from the medication....i haven't taken them for three days now, but my eyes are still like that...so now i dont think it is because of the paxil because i assume after three days it would be out of my system....PLLLLLLEaSE  help me as i am extremely worried that something is wrong with my brain :S

no, you're likely fine.  something like 10% of totally healthy females have one pupil larger than the other.  if "something was wrong with your brain" (i.e. tumor, etc) you'd likely have way more symptoms than just having 1 larger pupil, plus you'd have an "afferent pupillary defect", and the clinic you went to did not diagnose this.

make an appointment with an eye doctor, but in the mean time this is most likely not an emergent condition IMO
