anyone have this?

I am 26,female. and for as long as I can remember while looking up at the sky if I focus on one object I see like a swirling effect in my central vision. This is almost every time it is bright outside and only happens while outside. Its kinda hard to describe..its clear,doesnt effect my vision,and it "swirls". I have had my pupils dilated and my retinas are fine. I also get ocular migraines from time to time but I know they are due to stress. I have anxiety and major hypochondria.I know its not floaters because I get them also and this is different. Anyone else experience this or know what it could be???

I have had the same thing as long as I can remember. I also have ocular migraines. I mainly see the swirls on a bright or white background. I have not noticed them getting worse over the last 45 years. I als have small bright spots that linger for a few minutes from time to time. I have no idea what causes either of these. Good luck.
