black spots in the eye field since a car crash 2 months 1/2 ago

I am 28 years old and had a car crash on aprile the 14th 2005.
Immediately after the crash, I strated to see black spots in the eye field. At the beginning only on the right, but next on the left as well. And since this moment, situation is unchanged. I had a replash and problems with the column. I'm seeing a chiropractor for this. I feel very tired and very nervous since the accident. I made the followings exams regarding my eyes problem : control the entire area of vision, the optic nerve and control the head. Nothing apparently, but I don't trust very much the doctors in Italy, as far as they weren't able to recognise the need of an operation on my knee for a meniscus last year...so I'd like to know if there is a probability that the floaters I have on right & left eyes are something more than the doctors here are saying and like to know the exams you would advise me to do and if there is a treatment, what I have to do ? there's nothing you can do about floaters, they will settle eventually. Think of your eye as a snow globe, as the snow settles, so will the floaters.It's just normal eye ageing (aging).

have you had a field test or seen an opthamolgic neurologists.  My husband has traumatic brain injury from car accident and we are still trying to get some answers.  Field test showed his up first.
