blood in eye

My daughter had aretina deattachment last year. She has a scleral buckle. doctor told us she had too many blood vessels growing in her eye. She also has a membrane growing in her eye where they took out her lens.  This evening she said the eye was hurting bad.
When I checked it it was bleeding on the inside of her eye. The bottom third of her eye has blood in it. Should we take her to the retina doc or what?

We left taking her to a retina doctor that same day. Just minutes after posting the question. He gave her drops and said a blood vessel had burst in her eye. Only problem was he could not get a pressure in the eye.
We see her regular doctor today.

OMG. Why are you wasting time posting here? Immediately take her to her retina specialist or a nearest ER.
