What could be the diagnosis for a 5 month old male whose right pupil dilates more than the left under dark conditions?

I seem to have the same condition and its called anisocoria (or spelled as anisicoria )which it is quite common roughly 20 percent of the population has it. However you should get him checked up with a opthamologist cause it can indicate other conditions.

Hope this helps!
