contacts sticking to my eye

contacts sticking to my eye

I have never had problems with using contacts but about a week ago,I tried a new contact solution. As soon as I put my contacts in after sitting them overnight, they burned my eyes and I had to take them out immediately. I changed solutions immediately and started using a regular generic dissinfecting solution which is like what I used before. I also changed the contacts to a new pair but everytime I put in my contacts now, it sticks to my eye and is very hard to move them into the right position. I don't experience any stinging with the new contacts or solution but I am a little worried and not sure what to do.

this does not sound too dangerous or concerning to me.  there is no medical condition that causes your contacts to "stick" to your eye when they werent sticking before.

if you're really worried, ask your own eye doc.  but if your eyes are not currently red/burning, and your contacts & solution are new, then i personally think you are probably fine.
