photophobia symptoms with hemangiomas seen on brain

July 06 experienced migrained like symptoms with visual impairment of wavy bright lines, lasting 25 minutes.
Migraine like headache followed.  Presently experience
intense photophobia and shadowy sight in pure darkness.
Have had ruled out, medically the following: detached retina,
corneal impairment, glaucoma, cataracts, lyme disease, diabetis.  Suggestions about sight though not proven: uveitis.
MRI discovered lesions that the brain seemed to have grown around. Lesions named as non-active hemangiomas.  Photophobia
is the most uncomfortable and alarming aspect of this disorder.
Will have a neuro-opthamologist do a further test of brain function related to this disorder.
What other tests or dignoses could be explored??
I was told that it was ill-advised to surgically remove the hemangiomas because of their siting in the brain.
What might I be concerned about with these hemangiomas in the future, particularly as regarding my eyesight.
