pressure behind eye

Is it possible for eye doctors to diagnose brain tumors?  I am having pressure behind my left eye followed by a headache and a severe head cold; however I was just at the eye doctor in February and he said everything looked fine.

yes.  have diagnosed one myself.   but having pain behind one eye does not mean you have a brain tumor.  it is much, much more likely to be something else.  like cluster headache or sinus problems or blood pressure problems or many other things.  make an appointment with a primary care physician and tell them about your pressure feeling.  tumor is possible, but a little unlikely.
