pupil dialation baby 8 weeks

Hi,

I hope some one can help with some advice I took my baby for her 8 weeks checkup and the doctor has referred me to the optomologist he says her pupils are reacting too slow too light, as in they are not retracting when a light was shone at her eyes or when the main light was switched on does any one know what this could indicate I have tried looking it up to no avail and it is another week till I get my appointment any help would be greatly appreciated

HI is it one or Both eyes,usualy in this cases you should look for one condition they call it Adie;s pupil,it needs an ophthalmologist
and Neurologist,if they rouled out this condition it is norma eyes
