pushing against eye

are there any things that could push against your eye from the OUTSIDE to cause visual disturbance? would there be other symptoms, like a swollen optic nerve, or could this be happening without other symptoms?
thanks again

tumors & aneuryisms cause more signs/symptoms than you have.  visual field loss, horrible vision, bad pupillary responses, etc etc.  you dont have a tumor or an aneuryism.  really, *REALLY* unlikely.  please try to stop stressing...

i have diagnosed multiple people with brain tumor.  literally all of them had WAY more symptoms than you, and literally none of them complained of "seeing" anything at all unusual in their vision/eye, much less anything remotely resembling what you describe.  this is not a tumor or aneuryism.

hmm, i had a blood work up recently and my thyroid was fine. what about tumors or aneuryisms? do they have other symptoms?

do you think since it sounds like no recognizable condition and the doctor couldn't see anything, i can assume its no biggie?

yes.  the big one IMO is thickened extraocular musculature, usually caused by thyroid disorder.  would not be detectable on any eye exam...would need blood testing.

if you had a swollen optic nerve (pailledema) you would have horrible, horrible vision.  like you wouldnt be able to see a hand waving in front of your face.  you dont have that.
