stroke - mega cisterna magna

I got diagnosed with glaucoma. Then it was changed to a mild stroke. After an MRI the test result said I had a mega cisterna magna and large globes bilaterally with increased AP dimension.

Does this mean I had a stroke - brain hemorrhage?
What is a mega cisterna magna and what should I expect from this in future?
What does large globes bilaterally with increased AP dimension refer to?

mega cisterna magna is a form of arachnoid cyst as far as i know...not related to whether you had a 'stroke' or not.  i'm pretty sure its a congenital defect.  this is a question for a neurologist.
