sunken eyes, eye drops out

I am 25 year old , I am about 6.2' tall and 75 kgs weight
for the past 5 years my eyes started to sunk, now it looks very odd and spoling my personality,
    i had smoking habits for only three months and now i stopped that too,
i drink ocassionally .
But i have done very frequent masterbaution for the past 5 years .
my eyes were severly sunkened even my old thick friends find difficult to identify me .I also have other problems like scrotal problem, premature ejaculation, sperm flow in my urine , dilute sperm,back pain, wet dreams,nervous disoreder ,errection problem whether because of those my eyes were sunken or it is an eye problem.
can it be cured
NOTE :
I have undergone vercose operation on my left vercose ten days before.

sorry, dont know what that means.  you mean your eyes appear 'sunken' in your head? that would not be fixable.

none of the other listed problems/habits are in any way related to eyes.  sorry.
