Meibomian gland dysfunction

Has anyone been diagnosed with this?    I have posted here before - my dr. said I have eczema on my lids and I have reluctantly been using hydrocorticone 2% when symptoms are extreme.   But I also get extremely dry eyes along with the swelling, itching, red lids with the extreme wrinkles.   It comes and goes and comes and goes.  In the meantime I look like I'm prematurely 80 yrs old.

I recently looked up this disorder - Meibomian gland dysfunction, which matches alot of my symptoms.  I am going to start with the home remedies for this and see what happens.
