IM 73 SHOULD I GET TREATMENT FOR MACULAR DEGENERATION

WHAT IS THE FINAL STAGE OF THIS DISEASE. IS IT TOTAL DARKNESS OR JUST THE INABILITY TO READ, DRIVE, AND WATCH TV?

I'm sorry that I don't know anything about md, or the ending effects of it so I cannot offer any medical advise, but I can give you some support. If your disease is causing you to go blind then fix it. Don't put it off, enjoy everyday to its fullest, and if you need your vision to do that then get the surgery to fix it. Good luck.
