i see an after image and feel glasses still on my face after removing computer glasses.

I got computer glasses as part of  eyeglasses prescription package about 6 mths ago, I did not wear the computer eyeglasses untill about 4 days ago.(11/22/11)
when I  took them off on the second night (11/23), I could still see the out line of my glasses in my vision, I also feel them on the bridge of my nose, as well as around my eyes, (This did not occur the first night)
I do not suffer from any serious allergeries, However, I am allergic to Cats, Dust, Mice, Roaches. I do not have any mental conditions.PLEASE ELP, I am begging. this is scary, when I contacted and went to eye glass store where I received the eye glases,(11/25/11) they looked at them and gave me another eye exam and could not find anything wrong with the prescrition or eyes. they told me, to wear my regular eye glasses, and see if the regular precription will balance it back, when the eyes dajust to my regular non-computer glasses. Truth, is that I am now terrified to wear my regular glasses, what if they create a second after image? one is bad enough as it is. Once, again Please, please help me.
I went to my eye doctor yesterday (11/29/11) she is an eye M.D. she could not explain it, she said, she never heard of something like this in her entire career. She gave me a bunch of eye light tests. and said that all looks fine, the only thing is she things that , I am not seeing the frames of my glasses in my vision, she said that at it is common for the jell in the retina to harden and then separarte a little, ( I think thats how she explained it) and that what I am seeing is the outline of the jell However, when I asked her if that is the explaination, then why am I feeling the weight of my glasses on my face as if I still had them on, she could not explain that part.
She said she wold like to perform a periherial eye exam as soon as possible, to see if I have lost any of my periherial vision but the earliest they could fit me in is for dec 21, 2011.
Please help me, whats wrong with me?

Very strange.  The outline/afterimage as you describe it and the feeling on your nose that you are still wearing the glasses are separate sensations and are unlikely to be related.  If the frames are the wrong fit, the second could happen but usually goes away in a few hours.  I agree you should have a visual field test and am assuming your ophthalmologist performed a dilated exam already.  Your symptoms really don't make much sense (in terms of being related to the computer glasses).  Lets hope all your symptoms go away soon.

First I want to THANK YOU for taking time to help me.
Yes, I believe my eye Doctor did do a dilated exm, she placed drops in my eyes and said, they were so she can see the back of my eyes, then about 10-15 mins later she came back and performed tests. I am sorry if I dont sound to clear, but as you may understand this is a very scary ordeal for me and has has me very worried.
Now I have to wait untill dec 21, 2011 so she can do the Visual field test.
You are helping me to deal with this and I thank you for all you have done.
If  you can think of anything else, please let me know.
Once again, THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH
