membrane separation in the eye

Hi,
there is a membrane on the white of my eye(right eye, right-side of the white) which form a bubble when i shift my eyeball to the right. but after a night rest, it disappear. It occurs before a few years ago. what is it?

Most likely problem either a benign cyst of the conjunctiva or swelling of the conjuntiva due to irritation or allery (chemosis). Unless the swelling persists or irritates the eye usually no treatment is necessary.
