sore eye that hurts when i blink

Last week, I started to develop a slight pain in my eye, a week later its a little puffy and hurts every time I blink, even worse if I squint. I did not hurt it, nor bumped into anything, just wondering what it could be?? Help? Thanks in advance :)

There may be a corneal abrasion or a foreign body under an eyelid.  You need a good eye exam with an ophthalmologist, especially if you wear contact lenses.

Could be one of many things including infection and inflammation, both potentially requiring treatment with prescription eyedrops.  I would go see an ophthalmologist to get a complete exam especially if your symptoms are progressing (worsening redness, pain, or decreasing vision)
