11 months have delay visual maturation

My daughter is 11 months old but yet she does not follow object and faces.please help me what should I do.

Your daughter should see a pediatric ophthalmologist as soon as possible for a complete evaluation. This will include a dilated exam and refraction. Other tests may be necessary depending on the exam findings.
