2 years Post Cataract operation decrease in vision( unclear /blury vision ) of one of operated eyes,

It's been 2 years since my mom had got her 2nd eye operated for cataract (phaco-emulsification) . The first eye was operated 3 years ago. For the past few months , my mom's vision of earlier operated eye has become unclear / blury .there is a hint of darkness in view of one of the eyes  where as she can easily and clearly see the same objects from the same distance with the other operated eye.

What may be the reasons for this ?

Also for last month and half  , she is occasionally getting pimples/ulcers inside the nose . Does the nose infection in any way affect the eyes ?

She needs to see her surgeon. It could be something simple like the posterior capsule behind the IOL turning cloudy in which case a Yag Capsulotomy will clear up or it coud be a new problem like macular degeneration, glaucoma or retinal detachment
