2nd eye cataract surgery suggestions

I have been nearsighted all my life with slight astigmatism (.25 and .50). After retina surgery and cataract surgery on right eye, my prescription is as follows.

Right   - 1.00 +1.75 ×68
Left      -2.50

when converted for glasses it becomes +1.00 - 1.75 in right and -2.50 in left and i don't like wearing these glasses so i do 't wear them, but distant Vision is Slightly blurry (ie, i can't read the tv guide on the tv and people's eyes are not sharp and i don't like the big heads people now have on tv ) but i like the near vision.

What is the diopter difference between my eyes?

Is my sphere equivalent for my right eye plano (rounded down from -.13)?  Do i use that number to calculate diopter difference.

Any suggestions for target vision in my left eye.

Thanks
