4 Year Old Farsighted. HELP!!!

Hi. My 4 1/2 year old daughter has just gotten a script from the ped optometrist. It was OS +4.75 and OD +4.00. We took her to Wills Eye in PA. Initially because every now and then her left eye would kind of cross. We filled her script right away in hopes this will someday be corrected. Is that possible? Can she outgrow this? Can it be fixed? And last of all, what exactly does her script mean? Is she really bad?

She never acted odd, and she is extremely smart for her age. She never complained or squinted, or anything.

Sorry for rambling, my world has been turned upside down yet again.

Stop worrying.  This degree of hyperopia may decrease as she get older. Follow up with your pediatric ophthalmologist as scheduled.
