7 week infant eyes dilate differently

Tonight my wife and I noticed that our son's eyes were dilated to different sizes.  My son has had no falls, that I know of, apart from being bounced to comfort him to sleep.  His grandmother seems to pick him up at times without supporting his neck but I'm not sure about this, she may be supporting his neck with her fingers.  Not sure any of this information is help.

Is it normal for a baby of this age to have eyes dilated differently?
