9 year old rolling eyes

my son recently started wearing glasses.i noticed he was straining his vision and blinking excessively so we visited a ped opthalmologist and prescribed him glasses.thats where my problem started.about two weeks ago my son started rolling his eyes frequently and he says he has no idea why he does it.its a pretty frequent thing and it has me pretty worried.could this be related to his new glasses or should i be concerned and take him to a Ped neurologist?..any ideas/suggestions?..Thanks for your help
