A swollen on my upper left eyelid

it strated some 14 years ago i was in class and from nowhere i started to feel headache from the left part of my head .i was given some painkiller had a nap when i woke up to found a swollen on my upper left eyelid .The swollen does not hurt but a touch on my left forehead hurts so much.it been like that since the beginning of the swollen. later when i bent over my hard a yellow liquid came out from my nose. it was not mucus-like. it was just like water, but it was deep yellow. from the beginning the doctors thought it had something to do with the livers and kidneys but after a series of lab test and x rays the was ruled out. I later went to the E.N.T department . thinking it was (allergic rhinitis) after some sessions with the doctor i was transferred to the Ophthalmology (Eye clinic) i did some lab test and some Xray the doctor did an Exploratory surgery to find out what was in the swollen.thinking there might be some tissues growth in it. There was no tissues growth but blood like substance not all blood look light red in nature. i saw another doctor some years later from the same Ophthalmology clinic. a skin sample from the swollen part of eyelid to the lab she told me the skin was normal. Around 2008 the same type of headache from the beginning started again this time the swollen cover my entire upper left face.the swollen was bigger and apart from the headache, the swollen itself did not hurt as usual.i was ask to do a CT scan the report stated that a pseudo orbital tumor or cavernous haemangioma cannot be ruled out.

later 2010 the swollen went down as if it was all over on till a month ago it back now and i fare it might kill me

thank you
any help?

There are any number of excellent ophthalmology departments in the USA that can take care of these problems. Some of the best: Wilmar Eye at Johns Hopkins; Bascom Palmer Eye U of Miami, Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, Emory University.

No physician is likely to do anything by letter as this constitutes forming a doctor-patient relationship and that creates legal problems in the USA where the trial bar runs rampant with junk lawsuits

MedHelp.org does not allow us to review lab, OCT, visual fields and photos. I suggest you contact the group of surgeons that took care of you in the past.

This is not the type of question that allows us to even make generalities. You need to be under the care of a group of physicians that can deal with this complex problem.  We cannot give you any information that would be helpful to you.
