About eyes being dilated all the time....

I know someone who went to Nero Opamology for his pupils which are dilated big most of the time.   His regular eye Dr sent him cause he didnt know what was causing it ..      His his vision is blurry.  Just happen within the last few months...   The Dr says he has something called bumpi  eye condition which is realted to antipressants ...    But he has been on them for a while more than two months... Could you explain this condition to us , and what the systoms are and if it is normal for people to have this dilated pupil  that is on antipressants...we dont really understand what the Dr was saying...  Although we ask few times...Will it go away?     The Dr said it is nothing to worry about.    And sent us on our way....    But yet he didnt give us enough information about it either.   I have tryed to look this up on computer with no luck at all.     His eyes are fine 20 20 with glasses...  Oher than his pupils being dilated most of the time big and his vision blurry.   Can you give us some information on this bumpi humpi eye problem..

I am not aware of this diagnosis and would recommend that the patient call the neuro-ophthalmologist to obtain an accurate diagnosis. Ask questions about the condition at that time.
