After ICL. Foggy vision. White line

Hello  I am 31 yrs old. I had my left eye done ICL on 23rd and right eye on 30th dec. I am very happy with my left one.  But my right has two effects

1. I found one white line move up and down. Throught this website I knew it is causing by irisdotomy.  But I think I can live with it.

2. One day after surgery  my eye was very blurry. But it usually go away quickly like my left eye.  My surgery was on 30th. It was turn into clear on the 1st.  But I had a new year party on 1st.  I might eat something wrong and had vomit on that night.  After vomit my right eye turn into foggy vision.  I see my surgeon on 3rd. He said foggy vision will go away.  Is anyone can tell me when my vision will get clear again and what is the reason causing foggy?  Thank you very much
