Do vison therapy work for ambloypia?

No. What works is glasses, patching, some times drops (atropine), catching the problem early.

I am a adult. What eye exercise can i do to have my both eyes move together.

You can try:
1. Roll the eyes to extreme corners of the eyes clockwise then anti-clockwise. Repeat this for a comfortable count. Take pauses for a couple of breaths in between each cycle. Stop immediately if it pains.
2. Wash eyes before the practice.
3. After the practice close the eyes and cup with warm palms.

How many times should i do this exercise? Should i do this exercise with my eyeglasses on or off? When i should see the results of this exercises?
