Angle between Cornea and Irish

Last year when i went for my exam the nurse did all the test but did not dilute my eye. After doctpr said that my angle is open then only she diluted my eye. But this year same clinic same nurse did not wait for doctor. She diluted my eye. But how she knew about my angle? Is angle reduces in one year or it will be always same size? Should i go back again to them? Please advice

Techs are taught that if the angle is at all narrow have the Eye MD look at it. When he did last year and said likley that you were okay to dilate in the future so this year she did not need to have him look again.

I am little confused. Does it mean if my angle was open last year ..it will be open this year also?  

Does angle  between corea and Iris changes ( narrow down) if some body had a wide open angle?

Yes

the angle does change over long periods of time especially in older people and generally gets narrower.
