Anisocoria, new onset in my 6 yo grandaughter

A few days ago my wife noticed our granddaughter's pupils were unevenly dilated and, upon further examination, we discovered that they reacted differently (uneven rates of constriction) to light with no other symptomology. Disturbed by this  we talked with her mother and decided to make an appointment with her pcp. She preformed her examination and surprisingly found that there was a decrease in vision in what I had considered was the unaffected eye and ordered an Ophthalmology consult. My concern/question is this; the only Ophthalmologist on her insurance carrier's list is not a pediatric Ophthalmologist,  is there one in our area, Tampa Bay, and is it important for her to see an Ophthalmologist who specializes in pediatrics? Any help you can give will be greatly appreciated.

There are several pediatric ophthalmologists in the Tampa area adn I think it would be an excellent idea for her to see one if she is 12 or younger.  Older than that and a general ophthalmologist would be fine too.  The goal here is to have her seen first by the general or pediatric ophthalmologist to see if a problem is there and then decisions can be make as to who would be best to take care of it or take the work up to the next level.
