Anisocoria and driving at night

Hi,
After a car accident 20 years ago, facial nerve damage which seems to have included my right eye, my pupil will dilate even in light and give me 'halo's', double/blurred vision and has restricted me driving at night. I am desperate to find a way to be able to drive at night and I wonder if wearing an eye patch would help? Are there any other things that you can suggest to help me?
I am at risk of losing my job.

The 7th (Facial) cranial nerve has no role in making the pupil larger or smaller or moving the eye. So you would have to have a problem in addition to the 7th n paresis. (weakness). I suggest you see a neuro-ophthalmologist  sometimes Alphagan P will prevent this or very weak pilocarpine.
