Annoying eye pain

lately I have been having this annoying sensation in my right eye it feels a bit heavy almost tired it feels better when I close it but I dont want to have to keep my eye shut all the time.  Its more of a nagging feeling rather than pain because it wont stop feeling heavy.  A few weeks ago I tried on contacts Non prescription and I had them in about 10 minutes I took them out and my right pupil was dilated while my left was constricted. It was the ONLY time that ever happened to me.  I dont usually wear glasses my vision is fine.  Theres nothing IN My eye no Stye no redness no swelling no blurry vision or headaches but it just feels like I wanna keep it closed in order for the weird tired feeling to stop :/ what do you think the problem could be ?

Hi Doctor Oyakawa  yes the contacts were fairly new I had worn them once or twice before and Im really good with keeping them clean new solution etc.  But the only thing I used before putting them on was an Antihistamine eye drop but I Always use it so I dont know why it would suddenly cause sucha reaction.

Basically, my right eye feels a bit heavy like I want to close it and keep it closed I have noticed when I am trying to read it bugs me more.  I do not have double vision or blurry vision at all but it bothers me MAINLY when Im trying to read or if I am watching TV or online.  Im really  hoping its just a correctable vision issue that I can fix with glasses.  I had an eye exam for glasses 5 years ago and one for contacts about 2 years ago.. I think I have a slight astigmatism in my right eye but its very slight ... Im not sure if it could have worsened this much in 2 years..

do I need to see an Ophthalmologist or an Optometrist  ?

You need to see an ophthalmologist.  Were the contacts new?  It is possible that the tech that put the lens in your eye had some dilating drops on his/her finger.
