Another eye pain question???????

I am also from the MS forum.  PastorDan and I have what sounds like the same thing going on.  Several bout of eye pain when I move eye.  Started Jan 08 in L eye Opto said no ON,  mildly abnormal visual field test, VEP done several months later and it was Neg.  During that year, 2 more times with eye pain not as bad got  checked once no ON.  And just recently R eye pain had to see different Opto, mine was on vacation, this one felt ON, only because I am suspescious(spelling) for MS.   Visual field test normal.  Based on what I have read I am not sure that this was ON.  I have  not had another VEP since the first one.  But if not ON what could it be?  Oh BTW no real blurred vision or color disturbance with any of this.  Any comments would be great.

Have you gotten an MRI.  It will show plaques if you have MS.


Many causes of eye pain.  See an ophthalmologist.

Yes Sir, I have had 2 MRI with 2 lesions suggestive of MS.  No change on the 2nd one from the 1st.  Same 2 lesions no new ones.  This all started with the first bout of eye pain.  I have had several more bouts of eye pain and no clear dx.  The lesions are in frontal and temporal lobes.

Added comment  I am under an Optomologist care.  Had to see a different one this time my reg was on vacation.

This pain may be related to MS.
