Any link between dry eyes and malnutrition?

Hi, well, that's my question. I have just been diagnosed with B12 deficiency and will get tested for other nutrients as well. Any link with dry eyes? Thanks in advance.

I am not aware of an association between vitamin B12 deficiency and dry eye.
