Area of occasional double/triple vision after cataract surgery

I had an Acrosof IQ iol implanted on the 20th of last month. Recovery and healing went well, however, lately I have been having strange symptoms that sometimes develop into ghost images. In the morning when my eye tends to be firmer they're not so bad, but at late afternoon to night they're a bit worse. In general its when I'm turned to one side-in particular out of the left side of my left eye- or squinting, that I see it. I've noticed when looking through peepholes or a ring with my fingers that I can always see a consistent pattern of doubled/tripled light, and that pattern looks like this

Now usually when I look right something it goes away, and will creep back when I turn my head toward a light source. I'm almost certain I have an untreated astigmatism in that eye because I can feel a soft bump there that has been there for a long long time. I'm worried, though, because I have been tapping that side of my eye gently after the eye healed because doing so made the picture slightly crisper. Could I have bent the IOL?
