Astigmatism, Far Sided

by Lisa-Brandvold__0, Apr 05, 1999 12:00AM

I have astigmatism and I am also far sided.  I have seen a doctor about laser vision correction but I was not a candidate.  I have tried contact lenses three times, and I am thinking about trying them again this year.  Is there any way I can see better without having to wear glasses?  Thank you for your time!

You may want to consider seeing an ophthalmologist again regarding refractive or laser vision corrective surgery because with the changes in technique you may now be a candidate.  Your other options remain glasses or contacts.  Contacts have also changed and there may be one now that is more tolerable.  Good luck.
