Astigmatism Change?

I had an eye exam and was told my distance prescription didn't change, but when I compare it to the one from 18 months ago, the cylinder and Axis numbers are different, and I want to make sure this seems accurate, or whether I should go back to double-check before ordering new glasses. I am 47 years old, no health or eye problems--this was just a routine exam.

Old prescription
-4.25    -.50    144
-3.50   -.50      177

New prescription
-4.25    -.25    150
-3.25   -.75      005

Thank you!
