BB In Eye Years After

About 5 years ago I was shot in my right cheek by a bb the bb bounced up and hit my eye because of the location of the bb it was not removed. I Went into surgery to drain the blood pooled in the eye but that was again five years ago, After the surgery the doctor told me I should get most of my vision back but it slowly deminished and now I've become blind in it and every now and again I have pain in the eye. So my question is, is this normal should I be worried and in your opinion what may be causing the pain.

Something could might have been done since you claim it slowly diminished.
