BLACK CIRCLES AROUND EYES

For the last 2 years I have got black circles around my eyes. Normally this condition is caused by overwork, less sleep, etc.  
I have tried many cosmetics like eye gells etc. and I sleep well but nothing seems to work. I would like to know what can cause black circles and how can I get rid of this problem?

You make a very common observation.  Many people develop "rings under their eyes", especially at times of stress or with sleep deprivation.  Unfortunately, I am not sure what the cause of this is.  I would try different types of cosmetics.  I do not believe this is of medical significance and is not associated with eye problems.
