Baby's eyes are different size

This past week, I noticed that my 6 month old baby's eyes are noticeably different sizes (but the pupils are the same size).  It seems like she has no vision problems with either eye.  Should I take her to an ophthalmologist for further investigation?

Thank you in advance.

Absolutely. Have your peditrician refer you to a pediatric ophthalmologist. It is more likely that the lid droops on one side (ptosis) making the eye look smaller.
