Behid eye pain

I have been having this pain behind my eye and bothers me, its on the right eye then travels to the other eye but when it reaches the middle it gets more annoying. I have gone to the er for this and they did a ct on me and found nothing, I know there is somthing wrong I just dont know what to do. Is there anything you could tell me it could be. This has been going on since the past fur weeks, also it is a on going thing espcially when I wake up its there and it botheres me for the rest of the day.
