Best Options 4 high myopia, astigmatic dry eyes

What are my options to correct high myopia (-7.25) with astigmatism (3.50 @90 degrees)?
I have some thinning/steepness to my cornea, and dry eyes, I've been in progressives for 2 years, after approximately 35 years in RGP contacts until I could no longer tolerate.
Intially I was thinking crystalens, but after following this forum I'd sounds like a gamble and that there may be better options for me, since I do nor have cataracts.  The loss if my peripheral vision has been very deleterious to staying active, driving, etc. But I am willing to wear glasses but would like better overall vision than what my progressives are providing.
