Big black spot

I have a big black spot in the left corner of my right eye. It goes with my eye movement, but returns to standstill and does not move. I have had recent floaters, but I am treating them with prednazone by drops. I have had cataract surgery with replaced IOL's. This was all brought on by uveitis. Please help me. It seems like the spot is slowly moving more into my line of sight.

Three days ago; I felt some pain on my cataract scar, and woke up to find a semi circle scratch under my iris on my right eye.
Two days ago; Nothing new, but in the left corner of my eye I can see something "just chilling" there.
Today; The spot is big. It is taking up 1/2 my vision. When I look through it to a light, I can see that it is not really black, but brown.
