Blepharitis or Sjogrin's Syndrome?

Blepharitis or Sjogrin's Syndrome?

Hi Doctor,

I was diagnosed with Blepharitis about a year ago, but the regular treatments are not working (eye scrubs with baby shampoo, refresh tear drops, restasis and refresh ointment at night)  in fact it is making it worse.  So, then my doctor took me off all that except refresh tear drops and put me on Tobradex and my vision has gotten dramatically worse and I have started having dizziness.  So, I guess I am wondering if it really is blepharitis or if is sjogrin's syndrome?  I have ezcema (eczema) in my scalp and very dry skin especially on my face and it is always shedding skin.  My lips are also chronically chapped.  I didn't use to be like this I used to have really oily skin.  What do you think is going on?

Thanks!

There is a post today about blepharitis and Sjorgren's Syndrome. Please read it. I just answered it.  Get off the tobradex, it has strong steroid in it.
