If a human eye is blinded by LIGHTNING, is it possible to recover it back through any surgical or any other procedure?

yes my eye got damaged at its back and doctors (here) said that i can never recover and never have a vision.My right eye always have tears in it.It is also out of focus which means when i look straight my right at looks a little away from straight and i also wear spectacles for my left eye to obtain clear vision. Will this also come to my children if i give birth....?

It depends if there is any other damage to your eye besides the cataract. IF only the cataract removing the cataract and putting in an intraocular lens can restore full vision. HOWEVER many injuries cause damage on the back of the eye which would still be there after the surgery and prevent a full recovery.

ball struck my eye when i was playing and that developed into cataract which was not treat for 2 years....this is the cause!!! can u tell me now..
