Blood Red Eye

Hi, my name is Jeremy, and I think I may
have a busted blood vessel in my left eye.
It is deep red in the left side of my eye...
only the white area...
I was sick last week, and I think vomiting caused it...
but I just woke up the next morning with a red eye...
is there anything I can do?  Should I use Visine with
redness relief?  I bet that doesn't help... if not, how
long will it stay around?
Any help?  Please reply to:

Thanks!!               Jeremy

jeremy
this is called a subconjunctival hemmorrhage and is like a bruise   as long as there is no pain associated there is nothing to worry about.  the vomiting, i am sure, did cause it.  it will take up to 2 weeks to resolve and will turn yellow brown as it does.
