Bloodshot and pain

Hi i have been having a dull ache at the bottom of my eye for a couple of days now it has become
bloodshot in the area where i am experiencing the pain at which is my left eye near the bottom it has
become very bloodshot in that area i have attached a photo the quality isnt the greatest just out me know
if it should be a concern i haven't had any other symptoms just this it

If the pain is severe or the vision failing go to an ER. Other wise see an Eye MD on Monday. A common cause of those symptoms is called episcleritis.

I really couldn't take that good of a pic of it. It looks a lot worse than that just wondering if i should go to the ER or not
