Bluish Spot in my visual field

Three weeks ago I was cutting grass and overgrowth in a lot next door and it became very dusty, so dusty I got choked and was forced to stop mowing.  There were several different kinds of ivy growing that i mowed also, including poison ivy.  I stopped when I noticed the poison ivy and went inside to shower and wash out my sinus's with our netty pot.  The next morning when I awoke I noticed my vision wasn't right in my right eye, I had what looks like what you see after a camera flash, a bluish round area right in the center of my vision.  When reading its very noticeable and if I close my other eye I can really tell a difference in my vision.  To look thru it is like looking thru a bluish leaded glass window, translucent blue with warping.  I can see it when I close my eyes, but it does fade while they are closed.  When my eyes are open its there all the time, right in the center of my vision, and looks to be about the size of my lense.  I had this happen in the same eye once before about a month before, but it went away after 3 days, this time it appears it's gonna stay.  I don't have insurance and I'm unemployed, so every decision I make is gonna have to count, I can't just go see everybody.  From what I've read on here I'm less concerned than I was and I seem to fit the description of an ocular migraine pretty well.   I don't have any pain and it's not getting any worse or better.  I noticed most everyone who has this is female, but for the record I'm a 41 year old male.  Any input is appreciated

Not typical of a migraine.  You need a dilated eye exam by an ophthalmologist.  If you have a county hospital with an ophthalmology clinic in your county, that would save you money but you need to be checked out soon.  Central vision abnormalities always need to be checked out and it is unlikely that it is related to your gardening.
