Blur / fractal in corner of my eye, is this Posterior vitreous detachment?

I need help, at first i am seeing weird 'floater' at corner of my right eye. This floater only appear if i move my eyeball in bright place like outside house.
After few weeks i got some strange phospane vision, a pulsating light appear in corner of my eye randomly (in same corner of 'floater). After few days the 'floater' get little bigger, it's like seeing something from broken eyeglasses. Very very annoying.when i walk in daylight or bright place.

So i rushed to an eye center, but after few examination the doctor says that i got 'a gell in retina' or normal Posterior vitreous detachment. He says to go back again if i getting more flash. The photo of my retina is very normal and no sign of dramatic tear.

However everytime i close my other normal eyes and focusing on the PDV eye, i notice every time i blink i got blur/ distorted spot in the corner (not black curtain or spot). It's barely noticable but sometimes i got anxiety that it will got larger. Is this because of the PDV?
I can't find any answer on google, and i am sure if i go back to eye center i will get the same 'normal' result...

my other question :
-How long this PDV will last?
-I remember correctly i use Nasonex for my sinusitis, a few day before i notice the 'floater'. Any connection between Nasonex and PDV?
-Is my blur in corner of eye temporary?
-Is dim pulsating light in my eye actually flash? Because it's very dim and very different from any other flash description...

Sorry for my Engrish, but i can't hold my curiousity..

1. The PVD will last the rest of your life. However the flashes usually stop; the floaters may settle out of sight or you may get use to them and not notice. Use the search feature and archives to read about PVD.
2. No connection
3. I can't comment because I can't tell. You should ask the eye MD that examined your eye.
4. PVD flahses are usually very bright and very short duration. Flashes that last 5-60 minutes are usually eye migraine or TIA.
