Blur after surgery

1 week after cataract surgery
Vision still blurry - in center of sight is a "Swarth of Irritation" as the OD called it.
This started 2 days after surgery and has not cleared up.
I do have high blood pressure -
Should I be alarmed or concerned of blurriness.
Have had a constant headache since the surgery

I would need more information to give you the best advice, but it is natural to have irritation including blurriness. It all really depends on a number of factors including the density of the cataract or any other underlying eye conditions before the eye surgery. If you have concerns then you should personally see your surgeon. ODs are not surgeons...only your surgeon is your surgeon.
